EnCom, Inc. began in October 1999, as a partnership with Mitsubishi International, with a goal of servicing Japanese Automobile Companies in the Midwest and their Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers. Basic prime thermoplastics would be imported from Asia, and then further refined &/or compounded at one of Mitsubishi’s compounding plants in London Ontario, Canada; Florence, Kentucky; Greensburg, Indiana; Baltimore, Maryland; Texas, West-Virginia or Louisiana.

Through its commitment to Customer Service, Product Quality, and New product Development, EnCom, Inc. has grown into additional markets outside the Automotive Industry, such as: Telecommunications, Medical, Electrical & Electronic, Material Handling and Industrial.

While larger chemical companies are investing resources into Product-Line Consolidation, we are taking the opposite approach of investigating resources while carefully and clearly understanding a customers needs, and then utilizing our many years of product formulation experience to create a custom product designed specifically for the customers’ application and process.
